Why Educational Advocacy?
Education is in my DNA. I come from a long line of educators who have demonstrated a passion for working with students to reach their potential. Since high school, I knew I wanted to work with individuals with disabilities. I jumped at the chance to become a teaching assistant for the special education program in my school. In my 20+ years of experience in education, I have enjoyed establishing positive relationships with students and families to provide the best services possible. As a step-mom to a child who went through the special education system, I know first hand how overwhelming the process can be for families. I am here to help. I am ready to listen and advocate on behalf of your child and family.
